March 2018 version Real Life Overlay! Here is the overlay of San Marino used to make the map https://imgur.com/a/bu2UT Use it with Overlayer v2 Mod.

original description, to be edited:

There are many, many water spawns, several of which have a deep well hidden visually. Although a stream might appear very small, if you place your water pump over one of these hidden wells, it will be drawing from a very deep section of the stream, hidden from view, but it’s there. You can figure out where they are by using the water overlay view, then looking for where the blue of a stream gets much darker in a spot. Place your well right over it.

Although much of it is buildable, most of it is sloped like the real place.

25 tiles is recommended if you wish to spread out. This is a good map for a smaller city centers and many villages style. Of course, anything is possible, so have at it!
