Allows to set thumbnails for growable assets in asset editor

THIS IS A MOD FOR ASSETS AUTHORS. IF YOU’RE A REGULAR PLAYER, SKIP IT!

The purpose of this mod is to allow to make Ploppable RICO – compatible growables with thumbnails. This mod removes artificial UI limitation that prevents authors from adding thumbnails to growables.

I beg you, if you can make a building growable (i.e. it fits 4×4 footprint), make it growable. Don’t make it ploppable, please! Not everyone is a city painter (including me). You kill a kitten when you make a ploppable buillding with footprint 4×4 or less that is basically a growable.

This mod uses awesome detours C# library[github.com] by cope. Without it, this mod would’ve been impossible to make.
