DSB regional train
I have added a config file for the Vehicle Effects mod to this asset. This vehicle will have additional effects if you are subscribed to this mod and have it enabled. The additional effects are:
- Diesel train/engine movement sound replacing the default movement sound
- Diesel smoke on engine
- One additional headlight on engine
- Three headlights on control car
Additionally, if you also subscribe to the Extra Vehicle Effects plugin, then this train will also have the following effects:
- Red rear lights on control car
- Disk breaking sounds on engine and control car when breaking
- Wheel flange grinding sound on engine and control car when cornering
- Door closing sound on departure
The class MY diesel-electric engine was built by NOHAB for the Danish State Railways in 1954-1965. The engines were used by DSB for regional and intercity trains and freight trains until 2001. Today, most engines have either been scrapped or sold to other operators.
The Bn passenger cars were built by Scandia in 1971-1983 and were used for regional traffic in Denmark until 2010.
