Palace of Culture for 530 seats. Architect Konstantin Bartashevich.
In the years 1950-1960 the building of this project were built in Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye,
Nikopol, Krivoy Rog, Donetsk, Kremenchug, Kyiv, Sumy, Baku, Lugansk, Gomel, Mogilev,
Astana, Vladimir, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Lipetsk, Moscow, Penza, Perm, Tver,
Chelyabinsk and many other cities of the Soviet Union.

• 8×13 lot size (real building size 47.76×74.37 meters)
• $80,000 construction cost
• $7,000 maintenance cost
• custom icon in toolbar (with main asset parameters)

I highly recomment to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.
