What means "RICO ready"? This asset comes with all the necessary thumbnails, but not with the actual RICO file. Its up to you wether you want to make it an ploppable RICO using the manager, or not

-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2×2 Level 1 office corner building
-2116 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-45 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)

Will be part of my Brooklyn/Manhattan Theme, once there are a few row buildings
