Fishing Harbor (RICO Enabled)
This is a functional fishing harbor that behaves as a farming extractor lot. This is to emulate a fishing industry. Now you can build fishing villages and communities.
Note: This uses the Marina lot from the After Dark expansion, so unfortunately the expansion is required to be able to place this lot. Don’t worry. I will try to create a custom harbor that will not require the expansion.
Ploppable RICO is required for this to function.
This lot also needs Extra Landscaping Tools to place fertile land on the coastline so the lot can produce farming goods.
