Mickey’s Diner (Rico Compatible)
Mickey’s Diner, one of the very few preserved classic Art Deco dining carriages, pretty well known in america. now you get the chance to build it in your town ! your citizens will love to start their day here.
since CS will soon get an Art Deco update i figured i’d make a building in the same style, i know of this place and decided to make it, (i hope to visit the real one sometime too)

not my model, i optimized it as much as i could without removing too much detail. made the textures and improved the model a bit with a few subtle changes
