Boulevard park
A simple park that I created for decorating the space between two one-way streets. It creates a nice boulevard / park lane look. It’s also useful as a space-filler. There’s a pedestrian walkway between the two treebeds.
The treebeds are built in the model, but the tree is a custom tree that must be subscribed (listed as required item).
No other mods or custom things are required.
