Description:

Basic residential block. Tiles with "5 Grid Mirrored".
Ballanced to fill 1 elementary school & 1/4 highschool when filled at low density
Central square fits up to 4 small parks (small playground, dog park etc).

De-zone central tile inside long blocks to force 2×2 houses.
