The mod is working to date it will take several seconds to apply maybe several minutes I assume it has to do with how many mods you have installed.
Editing the mod directly dose not work any more, however another creator edited the same source code that I used to be able to change the amount in mod settings.

I’m no script guru and this is a simple script I got from github when there was very little start money mods available on the workshop, so I made it available with multiple choices.
