Introducing the Metropolitan Local Subway train.
This sexy dirty train is based on a real world r22 model from the old retired NYC subway fleet….the dirty ones from the 70s and 80s that gave NYC character.
I made this as a Metro Overhaul native unlike my previous trains which requires the Train and Train Station Converter mod. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=795514116
It also comes with less tris and more texture features than my previous trains including a specular map for windows, a normal map to bring out those rivets and 3rd rail shoes.
STATS:
Main Model- 6558 tris 1024 textures
LOD- 140 tris 256 textures
I reduced the tri count as much as I can without sacrificing realism. No performance hit.
TIP: Use Advanced Vehicle Options mod to place the engine for the last car.
