New building by me 😉 Today it is asset based on building of Krasnodar regional administration. This building located in center of Krasnodar near Zhukov’s Squar on Krasnaya street. Soviet style.
In game:

– 150 workplaces;

– $90k cost;
– custom LOD with lightmaps
