Your cims have saved up for their first house: they’ve been working at the corner store in some dirty suburb in the big city and had their first child in a run-down hospital but now they are ready to move into your shiny new town to start a brand new, refreshing and happy life under your control! And now they’ve just moved in!
Unfortunately, they aren’t very good at shifting all of their old comic books, never-used exercise equipment and bits of drumkit that have been in their parents garage for years, so there may be a few unopened boxes laying about.
This is a Level 1 Residential building and was made in the Boreal theme.
