Got It All Park and Tennis Court
This park has it all. Custom Tennis Court asset built by myself, gazebo, Dog park items, bbq, sittining/eating area, plenty of seating and an area for the children to play. It is a nice size 4×5.
Moderate electricity cost, moderate build cost, moderate entertainment cost and radius. Tourists will come to visit.
