Civic Amenity Site
Dealing with your garbage can be really frustrating (at least in hard mode). Building a hundred land sites does not seem like a elegant solution and incineration plants are just too expensive. So I’ve come up with this little CA site. It’s basically a incineration plant with a new model and other values. Feel free to comment if the new values seem imbalanced to you.
