Description:
Note

This vehicle is by default an overground train in-game and not a metro. You can use BloodyPenguin’s Train & Train Stations Converter mod to convert this vehicle into a metro. This vehicle is part of that mods default pre-set conversions.

Description

The C14 metro train was built by ASEA och Hägglund in 1985-1989 and is operated by SL (Storstockholms Lokaltrafik/Greater Stockholm Local Transit Company) in parts of the Stockholm metro.
The cars are semipermanently connected back-to-back in pairs of two. This train has 6 cars in total.

This train is white with a line colarable stripe running along the sides of the train. This livery is fictional and doesn’t correspond to a real world train.

A version of this train with a white stripe can be found here:

A version of this train without the white stripe can be found here:

Vehicle effects (optional)

This train will have additional effects if you are subscribed to the Vehicle Effects mod and have it enabled. The additional effects are:

  • Adjusted headlight positions on the engine

Additionally, if you also subscribe to the Extra Vehicle Effects plugin, then this train will also have the following effects:

  • Direct current train movement sound on all cars
  • Red tail lights on the engine when reversing
  • Wheel flange grinding sound on all cars when cornering

Only the engine (first car) will have headlights and red tail lights. You can use the IPT – Improved Public Transport mod or the Advanced Vehicle Options (AVO) mod to replace the last car with an engine in order to get headlights and tail lights on the last car as well.
