Nothing special really I thought it would be fun to start making some assets again. This asset isn’t based on any IRL buildings but rather it’s inspired by the art deco style & a hint of Brutalism. Thanks for subscribing.

I recommend MoveIt! Mod for placing the road through the building. And also Network Skins to remove/replace street lights & pillars.
