This building is an exact recreation of Pan Pacific Insurance, a dense commercial building found in Simcity 3000 Unlimited, in the Asian tileset.

Game basics:
*Found in Unique Buildings, Level 5.
*8×8 lot.
*Costs $60,000 to build.
*Upkeep is $1,280 per week.
Model stats:
*Main model: 6,998 tris with 2048×2048 textures.
*LOD model: 886 tris with 512×512 textures.
NOTE:
I do not plan to make this smaller-scale for growables. However, it is my hope that work others are doing toward a possible deeper zones mod will allow for buildings as large as this one to be growable. We’ll have to wait and see…
