Description:

Pack of 4 low-density residential RICO apartment blocks: A 4-storey level 2 and a 5-storey level 3, both in red and white bricks. The balconies are sub-buildings that use the awesome semi-transparent rotor shader discovered by Ronyx69.
These assets are RICO because it isn’t possible for growables to use semi-transparency. Without the mod, the assets are parks without any stats.
