UPDATE 6/1/17 reworked illumination map to not have all windows lit the same, and improved LOD illumination so upper panel is not lit as if it were windows (may need to bulldoze and rebuild the building but steam syncs updates automatically)

– Specular Map (windows shiny/reflective)
– Color map (recoloring is available but not enabled by default)
– After Dark ready, full illumination map
