Promenade from Atlanta, Georgia USA

Features:

– Custom LOD

– Specular Map (windows shiny/reflective)

– Color map (recoloring is available but not enabled by default)

– After Dark ready, full illumination map

Tri count 625 before mirroring, 2500 altogether (sry this building is kinda complex even though i simplified it quite a bit)
LOD tri count 43 before mirroring, 173 altogether
