British Seaside House Set 2
A set of five 3X3 houses, low residential level 1 to level 5. Garden can expand up to 3X4. Based on victorian homes often seen in British seaside towns.
Uses randomised props so each house looks a bit different.
Make sure you subscribe to my walls and fences pack otherwise the gardens won’t have any fences around them.
Level one is a basic semi detached house, level two gains bay windows on the ground floor, level three gets bay windows on the upper floor and a larger rear extension, level four gets a third floor, level five gets a third floor extension and bay windows.
All have custom LODs and night lighting. 1100 to 2400 triangles depending on level, LODs are 55 to70 triangles depending on level.
