Neiman Marcus
Neiman Marcus, originally Neiman-Marcus, is an American luxury department store owned by the Neiman Marcus Group, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
This design is inspired by the Neiman Marcus, Mariposa Restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. I made several architectual changes to the original design. This store will compliment the Nordstrom Asset I created.
The restaurant on the 2nd floor functions as sims go into the 2nd floor patio. I’m not sure what I will work on next, maybe some low rise modern luxury condos or something. Enjoy
