This file has 3 variants: No Advertisement, a Healthy Living Ad (Anti-Soda), and a Moderm Art Museum (MAM) Ad (based off the MOMA)
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set taxi vehicles types for your CIMTaxi depots or for any other depot.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
