The Massachusets State House, located in Boston.
A government building from the mid 19th-early 20th centuries.
But Wikipedia[en.wikipedia.org] will tell you far more about it than I possibly can.
LV 4 unique building
This is a quick rework from the same model I published earlier with revised geometry on the very helpful advice of Darf 🙂
This version is a bit better looking AND is down about 3K tris /
You WILL have to subscribe to "larger footprint" even if deprecated : I didn’t manage to figure how to expand vanilla footprints without fiddling with the code (which I’m unwilling to do).
I had to cut the very long rear of the building and cut some window rows of the façade to fit it in a reasonably sized lot, and yet it still scores a whooping 18×10 cells (and don’t ask me for the tri count…erm, I also had to cut on detailing, alas).
Also note the asset doesn’t include the fences featured on the screenshot : I added them ingame.
