May have problems with Rico settings. I’ve noticed that whenever I include a prop that has a name that comes alphabetically before the asset name of the building, the RICO settings aren’t recognized. Anyway, create your own settings with RICO, otherwise can be found under Unique Buildings and is $Free.99. The ‘CS’ prop includes polygons on all sides so that it can be used as modern art, sculpture, etc.
