9 tile circle city no traffic lights. Used 4 lane Highway as the one way Spoke roads in order to achieve no traffic lights. Feel free to do as you wish with this save, Basically a starter city Need network extension mod to use this one. Let me know how it turns out would love to see it over 100k population as i cannot go over 50k due to pc speed.
