One Boulder Plaza Wast is part of a two block, mixed-use project in the downtown area of Boulder, Colorado. It is comprised of 400,000 square feet of both commercial and residential space. The buildings are attractive and modern, using many natural materials such as oak, marble, and sandstone. Completed in 2004, this part of One Boulder plaza mainly consists of high value offices with a restaurant at street level.
