for this intersection i manage very gently slopes. all highway and ramp is elevated, so you can free to make the road or railway below it. use fine road tool ,fine road anarchy,move it . flat land area and xtra lanscaping tool for better look ,compare to building cities skyline the size this interchange is realistic enough
