Hoffman Electric by Exurbanite

An electrical supply emporium and contractor service provider established in the 1950’s.

Made this one into a RICO-Ready asset instead of the usual RICO since some people asked for a growable option.

Heavily inspired from a real building/business in Riverton, WY.
