Here’s a slice of old school SoCal to further authenticate your beach areas. Asset features a lit signboard perfect for beachfront strips and an empty planter. Although it does adjoin the sidewalk, it is not wall-to-wall by default since I wanted to closely match the dimensions of the real-world inspiration…use the Move It! mod to remedy this.
Based on a former Dewey Weber surfboard shop in Marina Del Rey, CA.
