F-UCK ICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a 9×12 RICO-ready office building based on one in downtown Chicago. It’s over a century old, one of the oldest in the city. This is an example of the Chicago school style of architecture, with exterior masonry, reinforced concrete roof, and steel superstructure. Another noticeable feature is the "donut" shape, like a square ring around an inset atrium – there are many of these buildings stippled around the Loop. (If anybody knows the term for this shape, hit me up)
This is my first shot at an older building so I hope you like it.
Textures – 1024² / 512² (d,n,s,i)
Triangles – 2100 / 96
9x12x40m (10 floors)
RICO ready – 70 offices
Also, there’s a ton of junk on the roof, so be sure to subscribe to Rony69 and Avanya’s awesome roof props.
