The Tower at Third (Champaign)
Built in 1972 and sitting at a height of 205 feet (62.5 meters), The Tower at Third is the fourth-tallest building in Champaign, Illinois. Once a hotel popular on football game nights, the tower now contains apartments that are primarily occupied by students of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In August 2017, the once-brown building was re-clad with fresh siding belonging to a blue monochromatic color scheme.
This asset is a Level 3 growable High-Density Residential building by default, however I’d reccommend using it in conjunction with the Ploppable RICO mod to have greater control over where the asset appears and so that it persists (level 3 buildings are prone to being built over as citizens’ needs are met).
