Skyline Tower (Champaign)
Skyline Tower was completed in 2014 at a height of 169 feet (52 meters), making it the fifth-tallest building in Champaign, Illinois (as of the date of this posting). The first floor houses Gameday Spirit, a retailer of Fighting Illini merchandise. The upper floors hold luxury apartments of various sizes, primarily occupied by students of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Skyline Tower is one of two LEED-certified apartments in Champaign-Urbana (as of the date of this posting); it earned this certification in part due to its environmentally-friendly green roof.
This asset was created with ploppability in mind.
While this building would probably make a fine growable asset, it’s designed to be placed at the upper-right-hand corner of intersections, so I have uploaded it as a ploppable Unique Building. I strongly encourage using it with the Ploppable RICO mod so that it can function as a residential building while still being ploppable.
