Realty Signs Prop Pack by Exurbanite

A pack of 16 realty sign props based on those found throughout the United States. I thought this would be a useful all-in-one pack since there are essentially none of these kinds of signs on the workshop despite their prevalence in the real world.

This is also my first prop pack, so please forgive any lack of refinement. Lastly, if you don’t want to use certain signs in-game, simply uncheck them in the content manager.

• 8 Zone & Terrain-Specific Lot Signs (for vacant lots)
• 5 Zone-Specific Property Signs (for existing buildings)
• 2 Grungy/Weathered Lot Signs
• 1 Small Yard Sign (for detached houses)
