Area Enabler
Enables all plots/tiles when you start or load a game for free, so you can build everywhere on the map. The mod provides no undo feature.
Please note that the unlocking cannot be reverted without a new mod

– Fixed a bug with the zonegrid and zones not showing in some of the unlocked areas.
– Changed the unlocking behavior.
