Green Campus University
Welcome to the eco-friendly Green Campus! This eco-frindly university is smaller than the vanilla one. Most stats are roughly 2/3 of the vanilla university, but electricity, garbage and water/sewage are significantly lower.

My idea was to build all types of schools and some other service buildings in similar style, so that they form a nice-looking campus area. All buildings have solar panels and therefore low energy consumption. They also use less water and produce less garbage than their vanilla counterparts.
