Le Millefiori
Is your city filled with glass exteriors? Wouldn’t it be nice to have some cool modernist concrete buildings also? Worry not! Le Millefiori is a 37-storey residential building that gives your neighborhood some nice Côte d’Azur vibes straight from the 1969!
The building is located in Monaco and apparently an old geezer called Karl owns the penthouse. The building was completed in 1969 and it was designed by architect Jean Ginsberg. The name Le Millefiori apparently translates to The thousand flowers.
This building should be used with RICO, otherwise it’s somewhere in the unique buildings menu and won’t work as a residential building.
The building has like a bazillion balconies and an open-air staircase so I couldn’t squeeze the tris under 8000. Also for the same reason I had to use 2048×2048 textures. Sorry.

Screenshots have been taken with Daylight classic on. The asphalt around the building is painted with Surface Painter. The road textures have been changed with Roads United Europe theme (mod depreceated). VIVID LUT is used. Map theme is Realistic Boreal. The tram tracks come with Snowfall DLC and the tram is Flexity Berlin GT6.
