HAM backyard park (row)
This park is designed to "interact" with the buildings adjacent to it.
The hedges overextend the edge of the park, so they will touch the buildings you place next to it.
As a result it looks like the buildings in your city have a backyard!
Complete with custom tooltip and thumbnail icon.
Works well with my other park the "HAM backyard park (dead-end)"

My intention is to keep the park cheap. and give it a moderate entertainment value.
So you need place more of these backyard parks (or any other) in close proximity to eachother, to raise the land value to the higher levels. I want to give this park vanilla/realistic stats. After all, I dont see any tourist admiring my own backyard on a daily basis 😉
However I still have some playtesting to do, so feedback is welcome!
