Berwyn Bungalow (1×4, 2×4)
While Chicago is known for its broad and striking skyline, it owes just as much of its unique character to its thousands of historic bungalows. Narrow and long, these single family homes can be found in rows throughout neighborhoods at every corner of the city.
This is the "Berwyn Bungalow," the second in the set (first is here). I included both a 1×4 and a 2×4, depending on how sardine-like you prefer your districts. Roof comes in several color variations.
These include a garage in the back. For optimal layout, place an alley between rows.
