Advanced Crematorium

*** Part of a series I am creating that replaces the services -and other- buildings with more modern-looking and advanced versions of them. Why? Because I generally amass ~75K people on one city tile and I absolutely hate spamming service buildings that all look pretty much the same just to keep everybody happy. In a nutshell, I am creating new -lightweight- models with upgraded capacities and costs that are designed to function alot of people packed together. ***
Current stats vs. the original(ugly) crematorium:
Footprint: 6×4 — 2×3
Plop cost: 75000 — 25000
Maintenance: 1680 — 720 weekly
Power: 150 — 30
Water: 30/30 — 10/10
Area of operation: 1500 — 800
Hearses: 25 — 7
*Tris: 302, LOD: 89

Ever noticed this scenario; About half your city is covered by one hospital. For this same area, I typically need up to 8 !! crematoriums to those unlucky few who managed to die on their way home. Ridiculous spamming of crematoriums!

Of course I am aware that people have updated the crematoriums and graveyards and to good extent. But I decided to take it just one step further. With a new model that has a very modern feel to it, albeit slightly larger than the original crematorium, it does its job about THREE times as effectively. While NOT looking like your average furnace-like dead people buildings. I tweaked around a bit with the stats until I was happy with the current results. Managed to turn 10 crematoriums into 3 in my densest city. –> subject to change as needed.
