Hello!

I made random building from Monaco. The original building is a cardealer on one of the streets.
Please use it with RICO mod. Without RICO it’s unique building with default parameters without workplaces and homes.

In game:
– high level commercial;
– $49K;
– custom lod;
– 10 workplaces;
– after dark;
– rotor shader glass.
