When you have a heart attack, every second that passes affects your chance of recovery and survival. Acknowleding that ambulances can often get stuck in traffic, many departments across the world employ doctor cars. However, a more recent development is an EMS motorcycle. Carrying a defibrillator and other essential equipment, they can get to the scene faster at peak hours, shaving many seconds off of the response time. This means that more people can get saved and stabilized at all hours in your city.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set paramedic/ambulance vehicles types for your hospitals and clinics.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Tris count cannot be lower due to the rider requiring lot of polygons. Humans are complex to model.
The statistics are the same as the default ambulance. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs.
For red lights, use Emergency Lights Manager Mod and change the lights for ambulance to red for all.
