Functions as a an actual parking lot but can be found in Parks.
It will not attract people or create fake usage.

NOTE: The use of TM:PE parking features is highly recommended to properly utilize all parking spaces. It is available here:

Has 3 required items.
Not subscribing should not break the asset however it will lack some of the visuals.

UPDATE 08/09/2017:
I sincerely apologise to people who subscribed the original version of this asset. For reasons that are apparently beyond me, Steam Workshop couldn’t accept an update to the original and forced me to delete it and upload the update again as a new share (my other already existing assets however have updated without an issue).
– removed 1 disabled parking space
– added custom disabled parking space signs (additional requirement)
– changed entertainment values (they were so low, they had almost no impact whatsoever)
