christmas market: stall with pyramid

It is a unique building and lets you create christmas markets. On top of the stall is a tiny christmas pyramid with a rotaing prop as rotating body.
PropRotating Params is highly necessary for the rotation of the pyramid body. Move it! is needed for a proper placement. I also highly recommend Not so unique buildings.
