• Two-way, two-lane road with parking spaces and planting strip
• Trees by default – use Network Skins to remove them
• No road markings; no road arrows except at traffic light junctions
• Accessible curb ramps
• Realistic-looking jagged lines at the edge of the grass strip
• Uses map theme road, pavement and grass textures for more flexibility

• Network Skins – to remove trees, change trees, remove street lights, change street lights, change spacing between trees/street lights
  WILL STILL WORK WITHOUT NETWORK SKINS

• 16m (2 tiles) wide right-of-way – 1.5m pavement, 1.5m planting strip, 2m parking lanes, 3m vehicle lanes
• Ground level only – use vanilla roads or Network Extensions roads for elevated, bridge, slope and tunnel.
• Uses map theme road, pavement and grass textures
• RHD and LHD supported
• Speed limit 40 km/h
• Costs $50/cell, upkeep $0.40/week/cell
• Noise pollution stats are the same as the vanilla two-lane road with trees
• Found under small roads, look for icon as shown in preview image
