Vitoria-ES
Vitoria, the capital city in the Brazilian state Espirito Santo, is mostly located on an island with a small part on mainland.
It is based on a map generated by http://terrain.party/ but it was heavly edited for the sake of playability. Many areas ware flatted and smoothed and shore lines corrected.
