Care to reach out to the local underserved community? You can do that with the Ford Transit Homeless Outreach Van. Because Skylines, unlike SimCity, doesn’t have homeless people, it will serve in the role of a prison van, carrying prisoners from your police station.
This is the prison version.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
