As a workhorse of the department, the Express carries multiple officers wherever they are needed. It’s an effective shuttle for moving personnel across the city.

Lightbar derived from False Lucidity’s 1980 Police Car. However, texture was done by meticulously stitching together images to lend realism to the non translucent lightbar. Vehicle base derived from revamped version of my Express. NYPD Textures based from real life photos.
