Brandenburg Gate (Simple Version, After Dark)

This is a modified version of the Brandenburg Gate in the Deluxe package. Comparing to the vanilla version, there are the following changes:
– Many cheesy decorations have been removed.
– Lightings are more realistic and less "spotlight" like.
– Only fractions of vanilla building and maintenance costs.
– To balance, only fractions of attractiveness / entertainment values of the vanilla version.
– In addition to uneducated workers, also higher a small number of workers of higher educations. This is to reflect real-life monument-like historical sites.
– Footprint is reduced to close to minimal.
